WHAT IS THE MEANING OF LIFE? The admiration for heavenly uniqueness, for the motion accuracy of each celestial body provokes the following questions: Where from and how did this great, beautiful system appear? When and how did our planet appear? Where did people first appear? For what purpose are there billions of people? Where are we going to? What is the meaning of our life? The thinker aggressively addresses the most important issues. It is not easy one to answer all these questions, but it is a worthy and reasonable, if he or she is looking for them! This is the most important question because it relates to the most precious thing - life! IS IT POSSIBLE THAT HUMAN’S LIFE DOESN’T MAKE SENSE ? Billions of people have lived for millennia, and finally created a generation and then their life came to end. Procreation is great, but it is far from the purpose and meaning of life? This is not even the purpose of the life of the insect. We have to say that unlike him we are rational beings. Atheists think that this doesn’t make any sense, therefore, when a man is born he waits until he dies. Well, is that the reason we were born and came to this world? The suicide makes no sense; it is folly to those who see no higher purpose in life. The greatest catastrophe in life is suicide! Whatever happens in your life, no matter how troubling things seem don’t despair. Even though all doors remained closed, God will open only for you NEW ROUTE. The dead cannot look for answers! For the dead everything is over! Living person has the opportunity to seek answers throughout his life, even after many years one can hear, read, see, discuss and find answers to the most important question. There is nothing more precious than life!!! What are the C R I T E R I A about finding the answer to the most important question? 1. VERACITY - the answer should be based on absolute truth - a logical, reasonable and rational. 2. COMPREHENSIVNESS - to cover all people of our beautiful planet, ever lived and now - from the first to the last person who was born - a minute ago. 3. CORDIALITY - to satisfy our heart needs: love, understanding, peace of mind, sympathy, great ideals that excite us and admired throughout our lives /including loneliness, illness and grief / us and provides a stable comfort meaning of life! 4. RELIABILITY - give hope beyond old age and death! 5. CHRONOLOGY - meet the chronological sequence - from where I came from, why am I here and where am I going to? 6. FREE WILL - must always provide the free will in decision and choice. We offer two options to respond to this question. Here is the first: Assuming that we got quite accidentally as in the worlds oceans have met quite accidentally necessary chemical elements and from this symbiosis has emerged the first living cell, amoeba /as Darwins theory of evolution unproven conjectures / water, amphibians, terrestrial and finally the monkey - our ancestor that means that in the worlds history, all people have appeared quite accidentally and will disappear in a moment sooner or later just happened without any sense. In principle there is nothing wrong with money, if they are correct and legal acquisition, they are a blessing to their owner, they are a means, but not the meaning of life. Also, the power is something very good if it is correct applied in favor of the community, but it is not the meaning of life. Children are the most wonderful creatures, but this alone is not enough to fulfil the meaning of life. About pleasure, God wants us to be happy, but pleasure cannot be meaning and purpose of life! Discoveries and innovations contributing to the development and to the good of the people are wonderful and stay light trail, long after our death, but they are insufficient for the higher purpose of life. All these benefits - money, power, pleasure, etc. are positive things, but they by themselves are not sufficient to meet all the criteria for the meaning of life! Since they reach the open grave ... that hugs them hopelessly and everything remains there.... in disgusting, ugly grave. Let imagine if each of them is shaped as a separate zero, we get a figure sum of zeros, which is equal to one great zero! / 000000000 /. There is missing the lifeblood in order to comprehend life. But if you accept them as a means, not as the meaning of life by itself, and put in front of them one unit, it will give meaning to all these benefits. / 1000000000 /. Who is this unit that gives meaning to our lives, and is above all, and is the first and most important? This unit meets ALL THE CRITERIA! Here is a thought that helps to understand better: What a man will profit if he gains the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? This thought, these words of Jesus are recorded in the Bible! Acceptance of Christ ALONE can make sense of every mans life! This is the second version of the reply. According to the Bible, if you are looking for him, God has promised to meet! God has promised to help us to feel His divine love to us! God reveals to each individual appropriately, we are created as unique beings, someone he reveals a very clear, impressive, other opens as quiet gentle breeze. God does not want to live with the emptiness in his soul - without knowing who has created us and what purpose for! God does not want the land to be an orphanage! God wants us to find our origins, to understand not only who has created us, but to feel His dealings with us-how much and how truly He loves us! Life is unique, unique and very short! If you want to know WHY YOU CAME TO THIS PLANET, you have to begin with God, because you are born by His will and for His purpose. Through Jesus all things were created in Heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, everything through Him and for Him was created. Bible We are created by God and for God and until we don’t understand that life will never make sense. Only in God can we find our inception, purpose, identity, values, ultimately - our fate. Any other road leads to no way out. In most cases, people start from the wrong place - by themselves and ask EGOCENTRIC questions: Who I want to be, what to do with MY life, what are MY goals, MY ambitions, MY dreams, MY future, MY, MY, MY... If you live for yourself, youre unnecessary burdens on Earth Socrates Focusing on ourselves, can never reveal the purpose of our live. In Gods hand is the life of every living thing, he found his way. Bible Dear readers, there is nothing as coincidence. Assuming that life is not a product of chemical symbiosis and blind disasters and accidents with a probability of 10 in power of 321 years that means virtually zero /only recall that the age of our galaxy is 10 in power of 10 years/, assuming that life was created by a higher intelligence of a superior intelligence, planned and logical, then, for every person: from the first to the last born today there is a higher purpose and meaning of life. If you believe in God, your birth was not a mistake or an accident. You couldn’t be in the plans of your parents, but certainly have been in the plans of God! He was not surprised by your birth. In fact, he expected it! Long before you were conceived by your parents, you were conceived in the mind of God. He first thought of you! Its not luck; it is karma or coincidence that you breathe at this point! You are alive because God wanted you! The Bible says The Lord will fulfill His purpose for me. God has planned every detail of your body. He deliberately chose your race, the color of your skin, your hair and any other details. He created your body exactly what it is like! God defined your innate talent and your uniqueness as a person. God has a plan for each of us, he has planned right time, right place, with the exact purpose, but He has not created a robot or slave, but free person with free will in His / God / image and likeness of God. You were born original, do not die COPY! God never does anything accidentally! God is never wrong! God never toss a coin! There is a reason for everything that God creates and had already created! Every plant, every animal was planned by God, and every person was designed with a specific purpose! The motive of God, was to create a world filled with LOVE! A world without love is nothing! The Bible says: Even before the creation of the world, we were in his mind, and he has put us on the center of His love! God thinks about you before creating the world. In fact, He created the world because of you. God has created this beautiful planet called Earth - the blue planet, only for us, so we live happily! We are in the center of His love - His most precious creation. God created you to be able to love you! On this truth you can build your whole life. If everything is up to the grave - lets eat, drink, and be merry, because this will remain. If the grave is the end, what else can you do but to live for the moment and to trample as you can with food, drink, money, possessions.... because thats all! THIS LIFE IS NOT EVERYTHING! Life on Earth is a rehearsal before the gala performance. We will spend more time on the other side in eternity than here! WE ARE MADE FOR ETERNITY! We are NOT the product of blind chance, but we have an ancestor - our Creator whom we can immediately ask where were from, why are we here and where are we going to??? GOD answers in the Bible, but I will use the shortest version, which I have read in the book Great didactics by the Czech educator Jan Amos Comenius, who writes on page 97 - each is given three life stages of existence: The first stage lasts nine months, when we are in the womb, where our goal is to build a BODY with organs and systems that will take us into the next stage. The second stage begins with our birth and ends with our death, at this stage we need to build a godlike CHARACTER that we will need in the third stage. The final stage begins with the end of earths history and goes on into eternity. During this stage, STUDYING, exploring endless creations, strength, wisdom and love of the Great Mind. This phase will end it all; there is no death nor disease nor evil! If you do not build up the BODY in the first stage, you cannot get past the second stage. In the second stage, if you do not build a godlike CHARACTER, we cannot move to the third stage. Therefore, in this life, our GOAL is building godlike CHARACTER, by increasing the virtues and reducing the shortcomings /vices/! Thats why we were born, that is why we come to this world! Life on Earth is PREPARATION for eternity! The most important goal in life should be our spiritual perfection Socrates LIFE IS more than HERE and NOW! In the beginning man was created immortal, to live forever, but the man decided to do evil /sin/ and the consequences are the death. From that time until now everyone who does evil, sooner or later dies as a consequence of evil. To give a second chance to every person Jesus Christ came to Earth and categorically defeated evil by ALLOWING ANYONE WHO BELIEVES IN HIM – TO LIVE FOREVER, although dying. The Bible unambiguously stipulates EVERYONE who BELIEVES in Him will receive the priceless gift - ETERNITY. The word EVERY means everyone, including YOU! The word BELIEVE means that YOU BELIEVE in your CREATOR, that you BELIEVE in your SAVIOR! This is a higher purpose of our lives - to accept God! Being religious means to answer the question: What is the meaning of life. Albert Einstein WHY WE SHOULD BELIEVE IN GOD? Due to the reason that it is impossible to fulfill the purpose of our life without faith in God, since our human strength is weakness and it would help us to a certain point, but this point lead to nowhere! We have a desire for the good, we want to build a godlike character, we want to reduce our shortcomings, we want to increase our virtues, but do not have enough power to do that. If anyone still doubts, let them try to do this on their own. If the easiest thing in our lives is to accept God, it is the hardest to fight with ourselves; more accurately fight and win shortcomings! Knowledge is scarce; the solution is needed and it is the acceptance! Ill try to illustrate these thoughts with an example: Imagine your father is the owner of the largest and most powerful bank in the world. You meet him in front of the bank and he tells you that as of today you can withdraw an unlimited amount of money from his bank, at any time - day and night, from anywhere in the world. The more you pull, the more you will be happy with you and him. This is not a loan; its a gift while you are alive. The condition is acceptance of him as natural father, as he really is, and acceptance of his proposal. You can respond in two ways. The first: CLEAR and CONCISE - thank him for this proposal. Your life instantly acquires in another dimension! Second: LONG and OBSCURE - debatable whether he is father, and if so, is this your real father? How can you be sure? How can you be sure he is saying the truth? It could turn out it is a trap and you had just fallen into it. It may be that you will be condemned for theft! Nothing is for free, whats the catch? You are concerned that the bank may be… fake? It sounds too good to be true! What does a bank mean - amount of money, everyone has money, everyone is a bank, and I’ll be fine without this bank. The money may be fake, if he gave them so easy and unrestricted. Already smells like something rotten........and while you still write this endless list of faults you really rot forever in your grave. Your life lost its purpose! So, are we born for that purpose, have we come to this world for that? You involve yourself in all sorts of mazes and crazy adventures; no matter how unnecessarily are they and how complicate your life, just in order to put off, to think over, while we miss irretrievably for a moment, quite unexpectedly. Life is short, much shorter than you think! Do you have a clear answer to the most important question – WHAT IS THE MEANING OF LIFE? Please stop right now and think, read and decide, because NOW IS THE TIME when you get a chance to judge calmly, not in the last minute, on the operating table, where you will seek answers to some other questions. By lifting up your eyes and looking at the stars, the moon, the sun, knowing that astronomers keep finding billions of stars in galaxies and galaxies billions imagine what our galaxy - an invisible speck in the universe and there on this speck of one of a planet called Earth stands the man-less than a speck smaller than a speck of dust, less than nothing, and cry aloud NO GOD. Really… Really, no hope, no God, there is no sense to the unbeliever in God! Some of them admit that somewhere unknown place there is some kind of power; some call it nature, other an element. Dear friends, can you build a house, planet, galaxy of the blind element? Take a look what response got Isaac Newton / 1642-1727 / called it decoration of the human race when he was looking, as we, for the answer to the most important questions - Wonderful order in the universe can be copied only one being wise... I decided that I cannot accept monkey ancestor, and prefer to believe that my ancestors superior intelligence created the universe, including man with my free will! I decided that I cannot accept the animal way of life - eat, drink, walk, pleasure and reproduction-the greatest goal in my life and at the end: as I absorb the cold grave to say happy: Oh, I love that I lived this wonderful life /as my ancestor - the monkey/! And everything is until HERE, and after then …what? There is no AFTER THAN ... for atheists, because they lived accordingly to what they believed and at the end they received the results of their choice. I accepted just the opposite - to take Superior intelligence of the Universe for my Creator and Savior! I chose the second option to the answer, because it is much more dignified and inherent in the rational being, as we are on the Earth. 90% of scientists believe in this Great Mind and in the Bible, even Darwin at the end of his life he became a Christian and has given up his hypothesis. Here is what Jesus answered to a question of a lawyer - what is the greatest commandment, i.e. what is the most important thing in life, or in other words - what is the meaning of life? Love the Lord - your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with entire your mind ... So, life has purpose and meaning, even High meaning. Will you give meaning to your life or youll squander it? How would you answer the most important question? LIVE TO GOD - this is the Greatest purpose of your life, and He will teach you HOW! The Bible unambiguously stipulates EVERYONE who BELIVIEVES in Him receives - ETERNITY! There is NO easier thing than that! Naturally and logically, any sane and reasonable person will accept it and believe it! BUT if someone is lacking sufficient courage and determination, he can get the source of power, now and at that moment! The source of the greatest Power in the universe is YOURS, IF YOU WISH – YOU WILL HAVE IT! This is the most important decision of your life! It cannot be reasonably explained if someone refuses meeting with the Creator of the universe and miss eternity..... for something ... nothing ... or whatever it is! Now God is closest to you. Now He has stretched out His hand to yours. He has been waiting a lifetime to get out, to get you needing Him, He is still waiting for you to choose. He created all of us with free will, if you wish you can cry aloud THERE IS NO GOD, or if you wish you can decide and boldly take Him with mind and heart! Busy people postpone it for ...tomorrow. Postponing for tomorrow is dangerous for some of us and it is impossible for us on the Earth! Can a reasonable person be sure that tomorrow he will be alive??? Imagine tomorrow you are on your deathbed; you do not know how many minutes are left. Waiting for ambulance, pain exacerbated, Horror! Death knocks at your heart door and it is the last minute. You will quickly want to talk to your children, grandchildren, friends.... yet something nagged and you asked yourself - I lived for many years, but why ....... I lived and I did not understand?? Is this the best time to search for answers to the most important question? Do not allow daily tasks to push answers and solution for you ... tomorrow.... then..... for your last minutes of your earthly existence. Nobody knows if there will be an opportunity to reflect on the last moments and seconds! Nobody knows how long hes alive! Life is short, much shorter than you imagine!
