WHAT IS THIS SLEEP!? Speaking unto Christians who were once spiritually dead, but are now Alive in Christ; this Warning goes forth. The spirit of the WORLD is heaviness, fatigue, lethargy. The world itself is what drains and suppresses! This truth has been on my heart. I found this morning, several more confirmations. Both Charles Spurgeon & John Bunyan ( author of The Pilgrims Progress), address this fact and both call it Enchanted Ground.. The condition of Lukewarmness or spiritual sleep leads to INSENSIBILITY. People resort to the means of worldliness rather than the Promptings to The Spirit because of an UNBELiEF. The spirit of this age/ world is ESCAPISM. THIS is what Christ Spoke of Saying, The Love of MANY shall grow cold!. To be asleep is to be numbed. It is unfeeling and frigid to those perishing and suffering in our midst. All the while, the unbelieving believer seeks further escapes!! They know NOT what spirit they are! Worldviews and self concepts have taken cue from seducing spirits and the whole rationale of the yokes lived are justified by godly sounding rationalization! There again, he that sleeps is subject to diverse illusions! It is a state of inaction. No daily Bread is sought by him that sleeps.- Spurgeon. He beholds those among him, sinking deeper & deeper into dangerous spiritual woes. He can no longer feel fierce concern nor lay down his life in earnest & effectual prayer! The entirety of their delusion in living life, has become for entertainment and comforts. MOST churches in THIS current day, the Laodicean Day, are in this death of slumber. One who sleeps is a state of INSECURITY!. RUNNING head long away from The Anchor of their souls, THEY DO SENSE THEIR VUNERABILITY! Galations 6 Says... YOU who are spiritual, restore such a one that is overtaken in a fault! ~ Because it SEEMS as though the majority are ASLEEP, does NOT condone the IDLENESS OF THOSE WHO ARE AWAKE! THE WORD OF GOD SAYS THAT GOD KNOWS HOW TO PRESERVE RIGHTEOUS LOT!. The Word Says as you see The Day approaching we NEED to all the MORE be vigilant!!!!!! ALL THE MORE WE NEED to be assembling ourselves together in Fellowship! ALLTHE MORE WE MUST HOLD FAST TO WHAT IS TRUE, proving all things!! All the more we must get a hold of the Spirit of Prayer, Fasting, & The Fear of The Lord! THERE IS A REMEDY!!! THERE IS A BALM IN GILEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JEREMIAH 8 HAS GREATLY BEEN IN MY HEART!-- FOR THE HURT OF THE DAUGHTER OF MY PEOPLE AM I HURT; I AM BLACK; ASTONISHMENT HAS TAKEN HOLD OF ME. IS THERE NO BALM IN GILEAD; IS THERE NO PHYSICIAN THERE? WHY THEN IS NOT THE HEALTH OF THE DAUGHTER OF MY PEOPLE RECOVERED!?-- V 8:20-21!!! The PERIL of what is taking hold of our loved ones ALL AROUND US ~~ SPIRITUALLY~~ is the Black mourning spoken of! A Burden to be lifted up!! NOTHING of the WORLD, in what they pursue, can Recover them!! BRETHREN, IF A MAN BE OVERTAKEN IN A FAULT, YOU WHO ARE SPIRITUAL, RESTORE SUCH A ONE IN THE SPIRIT of MEEKNESS, CONSIDERING YOURSELF, LEST YOU ALSO BE TEMPTED.- Gal 6:1-- THE SAME spirit of Lethargy and Apathy that enchants MOST in this unique hour, will overcome YOU, IF you harden your hearts and likewise, do nothing!! BEAR ONE ANOTHERS BURDENS AND SO FUFILL THE LAW OF CHRIST!- Gal 6:2! LOVE! AWAKEN THEM WHILE TIME REMAINS!!!! Sleeping men are EVER in danger! Stand in the gaps! Pray! Jacob had Heavenly sleep with ladders reaching Heaven. THIS sleep as spoken in 1 Thessalonians is the opposite! It is death! It leads to utter spiritual death and that, often eternally! THIS sleep is where ladders are being raised from opened gates of HELL! Devils not angels, blind the minds, molest the spirits! Sleeping born again believers may possibly be enjoying the pleasure of sin temporarily, BUT THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE IN SUCH CONDITIONS! RESTORE THEM! THE LORD JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF IS ~~ NOT~~ GOING TO BE FOUND IN THE MIDST of ACTIVITIES, REGARDLESS OF HOW PIOUS THE JUSTIFICATION MAY BE! THE WORD OF GOD SPOKEN IN POWER BY GODS SPIRIT IS THE POWER OF GOD! The spirit of the WORLD is the spirit of UNBELIEF! THE Victory that overcomes the world is THE Faith! Those who KNOW their God, SHALL be Strong and accomplish great exploits!!! Those who flow in the god of this age and system, are beat down, exhausted and doubtful! The Spirit of GOD is ALL THE MORE Exhorting us to be built up in our most Holy Faith! He longs to Energize with Power! Let us forsake our creator comforts and seek The Kingdom of GOD anew & afresh seek Jesus Christ MORE in all intensity than ever before!!! He IS pouring out His Spirit Awesomely! Regardless of ALL personal circumstances, He will make YOU to be His Firebrand, setting Ablaze YOUR world! THE MOUNTAINS BEFORE YOU ARE NOT THE EPIC MOUNTAINS OF DIFFICULTY THAT YOU PERCEIVE! THE OPPOSITION IS ONLY ONE THING! THE OPPOSITION TO ADVANCING IN GROWTH IN JESUS CHRIST IS ONLY~~~ UNBELIEF!~~~~!!!! SHUT OUT THE WORLDLINESS! Silence that unbelief by escaping the influences of the world and allow Christ ALONE to be your Confidence, Comfort and ALL! RECOGNIZE how, the spirit of this age affects your spirit, your childrens spirits! Overcome that worldly spirit with GOOD, with ZEAL FOR JESUSS PRESENCE and FOR HIM IN THE WORD, AND EVERYTHING ELSE WILL BE ADDED AND THE GROWING CONTRAST OF GODS SPIRIT BEING MANIFEST UPON YOUR LIFE WILL AWAKEN THE FALLEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
