WHAT THE CALIFORNIA COALITION FOR WORKERS COMPENSATION IS SELLING TO ITS MEMBERS: Below my comments, you will find some of the remarks that I have cut and pasted to this posting that I found on the CCWCworkcomp.org website. The information which I found is very compelling since my former attorney said to me The legislators have been bought. Keep in mind, I have had many crimes committed against me including having been brutally forced under anesthesia and maimed from my skull down to my tailbone with injections throughout my back, spinal column, neck, shoulders and more that have burned and corroded the soft tissue in my body! These attacks on my body have been devastating and have left me unable to work. My connective tissue is barely hanging on. My tendons, muscles, nerves and spinal column are prolifically maimed. Some of my organs were targeted as well and thus, I may die. In my case alone, my employer had his HR mgr. flat out lie to the insurance carrier. In writing (I have a copy of it) the HR Mgr. said to the insurance carrier The employee said that it was not a work related injury so it was treated as first aid. For the record, I was hurt at work and due to the working conditions. That written statement is a lie! It is no wonder that these people who call themselves professionals are getting away with such violent and malicious crimes. We need to find out who these legislators are because, we are the people that vote them into office. Not the attorneys, not the employers who can also buy into this membership and not the insurance carriers!
