WHAT WOULD HAPPEN OTHERWISE Imagine a person finishing graduation at the age of 22 and getting a job at the age of 23. This person smokes a packet of cigarettes and drinks a bottle of beer daily. For the case of Bhutan, he/she would be spending atleast Nu. 200 per say. Suppose this person resigns at the age of 58, he/she would be working for 35 years. So, how much this person would be spending in 35 years??? = Nu. 200*30*12*35=Nu. 2,520,000.00 i.e roughly US dollar 41,000.00 And if this person instead of incurring these expenses, and wisely decides to make a recurring deposit, can anyone guess the kind of savings this person would achieve at the end??? FOR THOSE WHO SMOKE AND DRINK AND ESPECIALLY CONSTRAINED FINANCIALLY, GIVE A SECOND THOUGHT PLEASE.....
