Must be saved by noon or will be gone forever A volunteer writes: Ladee is a doe-eyed beauty who looks like an adorable cross between a dog, a tiger and a deer! How could anyone not fall in love with her soft smile and winsome ways? Our delicate flower is only a year old and still so much a puppy - hugs and kisses are high on her list of priorities and she loooves to share them with each and every person she meets. This is very cute but for the fact that her little claws need a serious trim so for the sake of my belly we stick to Ladees specialty, a sideways hug where she rests her arms over one of mine to soak up some petting while smothering me with chin kisses in return. As a lively youngster shes naturally bouncy and playful and though she doesnt yet know how to fetch a ball she certainly enjoys chasing it down before running back to me with a big grin as though to say, did you see how well I run? Im the best ball player ever! On leash Ladee walks fairly well and appears to be house trained too, shes curious about the outside world but still shy enough that she prefers to stick close to me rather than go off exploring by herself. Shes so full of love and has fantastic social skills, greeting other dogs with a wonderfully low-key warmth. Though shes officially a stray, we were told by the person who found her that Ladee is friendly and playful with dogs and cats - a statement I can readily believe as she seems to have a very gentle touch when it comes to her fellow furry creatures.
