WHAT’S THE RIGHT PROTEIN GOT TO DO WITH ANYTHING? I’ve been researching again and discovered that apparently there is good protein and bad. hmmm... Much of our body is composed of proteins and there are thousands of them; and they can only be produced through the food we eat. So.... if you eat bad protein it grows into your body, in your muscles, heart and brain. Ewww! How’s that fast food hamburger sounding about now? Obviously, we need to get protein every single day so... WHAT’S THE “RIGHT” PROTEIN? Whey protein, of course. AH, but not just any whey protein will do! The “right protein should mimic mother’s milk, should have great sources of amino acids (all of them). The protein should come from New Zealand dairy cows. WHY? Because New Zealand dairy cows are not given antibiotics or growth hormones (it’s illegal there). The cows are fed grass, not corn (As all you Whole Foods shoppers know, thats huge!). Their food supply is not contaminated with herbicides and pesticides. What kind of protein do you want flowing through your body? I pick the “right” protein, no question. How about you? GOOD NEWS! The protein meal replacement I consume daily (except on cleanse days) IS the “right” protein; it has it all and more! Love it! ;)
