WHERE ARE THE COLLEGES FOR TODAYS PROPHETS AND PROPHETESSES? All over the world, there are colleges and seminaries for pastors, evangelists and Bible teachers but none for Gods prophets. Those that are called schools for prophets are, in reality, nothing more than crash-course seminars that dont even begin to prepare men and women for the foundational responsibilities germane to the prophetic office. I have also spoken by the prophets, and I have multiplied visions, and used similitudes, by the ministry of the prophets (Hosea 12:14). In 1050 B.C., Samuel the seer established the worlds first prophetic college called Naioth. This prophetic college had dorms, a cafeteria and a meeting hall for its prophetic students. In fact, David learned how to flow in the prophetic during his two-year tenure at Naioth. And because of that, we have the prophetic book of Psalms. 200 years later, the prophet, Elijah, did the very same thing as Samuel, establishing prophetic colleges in Gilgal, Bethel and Jericho, also with campuses. Some time later, Elisha the prophet established a prophetic college in Jordan Ever since the carrying away of Israel to Babylon, however, there has never been a prophetic college established again. Thats over 2,300 years ago. But through your prayers and financial support, we can make history. We can establish Nabi College, a comprehensive prophetic learning community with: 1. Dormitories for our prophetic students. 2. Offices for faculty and staff. 3. Classrooms for our two-year prophetic mentoring program. 4. Programs for prophetic dance and prophetic flagging. 5. Writing courses for prophetic scribes and music tutorials for prophetic minstrels. 6. A library filled with the most comprehensive literature on prophetic ministry. 7. A prophetic resource department with mugs, pens, pencils, T-shirts, varsity jackets and other paraphernalia heralding Nabi College. 8. An after-school Kinderprophets program for parents with prophetic children. 9. A 24-hour chapel where prophetic students can meditate and pray. 10. An auditorium for training students in prophetic drama, prophetic berserking and prophetic pantomime. And much, much more. Nabi College was founded in 1993 as a one-year prophetic training program. In 1995, it expanded to a two-year program. In 1998, it added The Prophets Library to its vision. You can help us move away from utilizing hotel facilities for our students and better cater to their needs by providing an actual campus for them to live and learn on, affording them the very best in prophetic education. We ask that you pray and ask the Lord if He would have you support this divine mandate given to us long ago. A thousand thanks! Nabi College is an unusual institution for raising up prophets and prophetesses -- Dr. David K. Blomgren, author, Prophetic Gatherings in the Church.
