WHISTLE INCLUDED PULLS THE UPSET ON SATURDAY Whistle Included rallied strongly to catch the front-running Amaicing Gerry to take Saturday’s featured allowance race, completing six furlongs in 1:12 over a fast track. Ridden by apprentice Jorge Vargas, Jr. as part of an entry for trainer and owner Leandro Moreno, the five-year-old son of Include sat off the pace while Amaicing Gerry contested the early lead. At the top of the stretch, Amaicing Gerry drew clear but was caught by a fast-closing Whistle Included who prevailed by ¾ of a length. Whistle Included returned $17.80, 7.00 and 3.40. Amaicing Gerry paid $4.00 and 2.80 while Duty Proper returned $3.20. Live racing resumes on Monday. Post time 12:45 p.m.
