WHO IS AFRAID OF KESHI? I had a hot debate with a friend few minutes ago on keshis performance so far as eagles gaffer,i told him point blank that a coach is as good as his last match,if Ghana can sack coach Appiah who by my own reckoning performed better as far s the ongoing AFCON qualifier is concerned,then my headline for this piece comes to mind who is afraid of keshi?by now he should have been thrown into dusbin of history,i expected those that orchestrated the sack of siasia whom they also labelled as beign stubborn to now bury their heads in shame,big boss they call him,he did was not christened with this name just for the fun of it but for his *stubborness *conspiracy *mafiarism among others while playing for the country,so am not suprised when he is now being paid back in his own coin,in my last piece on saturday i listed the array of man made enemies of players he now has in the national team,thats y he now turn to afganistan,china,UAE,thaiwan, to invite players,and all those invited in well known footballing country are bench warmers.,,leaving behindvthise players that are very hot in goap scoring now in their various clubs just for his inability in managing these players,letting his selfish interest overide that of the country,and a coach like that is still left to be poundering on how to prosecute wednesday match which at most i predicted to be a draw,am not a pesmist,honestly like i told my friend,the NFF & NSC are handicapped here,cos from all indication,the presidency are fully backing this lazy coach,and for the fact they pay his bill,and with the common sayin that he who pay the piper dictate the tunes,if NFF decide to sack keshi (of which i know the new president is strongly advocatin now) will they be henceforth responsible for the new coach salary? this is why NFF should be autonomous,self dependent,so who are the losers in this present situation? the passionate nigerian football lovers,who each passing day see their hope of joining the party in morrocco come 2015 during African nations cup gradually fading,because for this present eagles to qualify for that tournament,will to me, the miracle for year 2014
