Before I reveal more details, why London School of Economics was the chosen venue to host FUF; Allow me to tell you a little about me- For those of you questioning my name; I am sorry to disappoint you, but that is my legal name, its what is on my passport. I have never been an agent of the Musevenis regime, in fact, I have relentlessly campaigned against their pandemic human rights abuses. I have attended lots of conferences, seminars and talk and highlighted the grave Human Rights abuses that ordinary citizens of Uganda are subjected to everyday. My background is law, I have an LLB and LLM in Public International law and for the last 7 years, I have done a lot of research on the Great Lakes Region. I have several businesses, free money does not excite me, hence, I work very hard for a living. I do not need to be bribed with taxpayers money, I will never be bribed with taxpayers money. I have no need to accept money from the Ugandan government, this is not their money, this money belongs to the Ugandan people and the money MUST never be used to bribe anyone and deprive Ugandans of fundamental infrastructures, which the government of Uganda has a legal responsibility to ensure that taxpayers money is used to improve the livelihoods of Ugandans. For those of you who have been following me for a long time, my Facebook page was in fact set up by my Law Societys President, in around 2006 at the time, I was on the Board of the Committees and he wanted us to use Facebook for all our communication. I was not impressed by the way, he was running the Law Society (boring meetings every Friday and the a trip to the local pub was not my cup of tea, I quit and started using Facebook to campaign against human rights issues in Uganda, Great Lakes Region etc.) In 2012, I organised and hosted a conference on the Human Violations in the Great Lakes Region, which Keith Harmon Snow, was a speaker. I am here to inform Ugandans about their rights; we choose to be ignorant by choice, if I post information; its your inherent rights not to read it, and if you do read my posts, please do not take my words literally, go and do your own research.
