WHO IS THE ANOINTED ONE? Psalms 18:50 Great deliverance He gives to His king, And shows mercy to His anointed, To David and his descendants forevermore. I have chosen one of his sons to be king. 1 Samuel 16:13 So Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the presence of his brothers, and from that day on the Spirit of the LORD came powerfully upon David. 2 Samuel 23:1 These are the last words of David: The oracle of David son of Jesse, the oracle of the man exalted by the Most High, the man anointed by the God of Jacob, Israels singer of songs: WHO IS OUR ONE KING? Ezekiel 37:22-24 22 And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and ONE KING shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all. 23 Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwelling places, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God. 24 And David my servant shall be KING over them; and they all shall have ONE shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them. Jeremiah 30:9 But they shall serve the Lord their God, and David their KING, whom I will raise up unto them. Hosea 3:4-5 4For the children of Israel shall abide many days without a king, and without a prince, and without a sacrifice, and without an image, and without an ephod, and without teraphim: 5Afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek the LORD their God, and David their KING; and shall fear the LORD and his goodness in the latter days. Psalm 89: 19-21, 26-29 21Then You spoke in a vision to Your holy one,[b] And said: “I have given help to one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen from the people. 20 I have found My servant David; With My holy oil I have anointed him, 21 With whom My hand shall be established; Also My arm shall strengthen him. 26He shall cry to Me, ‘You are my Father, My God, and the rock of my salvation.’ 27 Also I will make him My FIRSTBORN, The HIGHEST of the KINGS of the earth. 28 My mercy I will keep for him forever, And My covenant shall stand firm with him. 29 His seed also I will make to endure forever, And his throne as the days of heaven. WHO IS OUR ONE SHEPHERD? Ezekiel 34:23 And I will set up ONE shepherd over them, and he shall feed them, even my servant David; he shall feed them, and he shall be their shepherd. Ezekiel 37:24 And David my servant shall be KING over them; and they all shall have ONE shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them. WHO IS OUR PRINCE? Ezekiel 34:24 And I the Lord will be their God, and my servant David a prince among them; I the Lord have spoken it. Ezekiel 37:25 And they shall dwell in the land that I have given unto Jacob my servant, wherein your fathers have dwelt; and they shall dwell therein, even they, and their children, and their childrens children for ever: and my servant David shall be their PRINCE forever.
