WHO KILLED ALTANTUYA? 1. As a parent i can feel the pain that Mr Setev Saribu went through? First she lost her daughter in the most painful way one can imagine. It must a be nightmare for him that he probably had scenarios playing in his mind again and again on the day his daughter was murdered. 2. Now by the police own evidence, they firmly believe that Kpl Sirul Azhar Umar and C/Insp Azilah Hadri was the murderer and they build a case for AGC to take it to court. Now the murderer got away on technicalities. It was a double whammy for Setev. No man should be subjected to such tragedy. 3. My own analysis, the whole thing was a mystery. A good detective writer /producer like Peter S. Fischer could made the whole tragedy and court case into a miniseries that probably can bring in millions in the box office. 4. It was really a flimsy case to begin with where neither the police or the AGC chose to go after the party that ordered the killing. The theory that this 2 guys acted on their own accord is a bullshit. There is simply no motive. They received orders. Why didnt the police and AGC chose to explored further and charge the suspects? Why didnt the AGC to took the trouble and go extra length to avoid bringing Musa Safri to court. Was it deliberate. 5. In the history of Malaysian courts, how often we heard the names of the people being charged for murder but we do not see their faces? No one seems to know how they look like. How can this low rank policeman officers hired several lawyers to defend them? Who pays for the lawyers fees? I would recommend an undercover team of reporters continue to prey on this 2 policeman for the next several years and see the changes in their lifestyle, if any. Money is certainly changing hands here and the top legal brains in the country is behaving as if they have none of it!
