WHO NEEDS HUMAN RIGHTS?Stand up for human rights! In commemoration of the International Human Rights Day 2013, activist groups from the Sudanese and Eritrean communities in Israel have initiated this campaign with the aim of raising awareness about Israels policies towards refugees and stressing the importance of human rights in the lives of individuals. Tell your story, your reason for why we must keep struggling for the rights of everyone to be respected. How? It’s easy: 1. Write on a sheet of paper why you need human rights. 2. Take a photograph of yourself holding it. If you don’t feel comfortable showing your face, don’t! 3.
