WHOS THE TERRORIST HERE? SOME PARTIES ARE IN ALLIANCE WITH THE OCCUPATION AND STANDING BY ISRAEL’S SIDE Considering Hamas a terrorist movement is an Israeli categorization. Deputy Chief of Hamas, Mousa Abu Marzouq, refused to discuss with an Egyptian court a lawsuit categorizing Hamas as a ‘terrorist’ movement. On his Facebook page, Abu Marzouq said that Hamas was a Palestinian liberation movement whose operations only target the Israeli enemy and are confined to the occupied Palestinian territories. He said its compass has never and will never be shifted in another direction and that Hamas’ position is fixed in terms of not interfering in the affairs of Arab countries. He also said that such a categorization was ‘an Israeli one” and showed that some parties “were in alliance with the occupation and standing by its side.” Abu Marzouq said he was ‘surprised” that such a discussion was accepted in an Arab Egyptian court, saying they were waiting an expecting support for the Palestinian resistance from the Arab nation not to be put on trial. He said this move was ‘judicial on the surface, but political underneath” and only served the goals of the Israeli occupation.” - Al-Quds
