WHY BUHARI ! I have searched my mind to know why some few people within the society continues to be hell bent as to the re-elect of President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan as the winner of 2015 presidential election, I couldnt see any substantive reasons to back their stand. This makes me to sorry for them as a people of constrained mind who are only being sentimental and blind to the realities on ground. Since independence we keep crying of high poverty, poor electricity, bad roads, corruption with impunity and bad leaders to mention a fee, are still existing up till this government. If not that these peoples political sight is worrisome, the fundamental question here is, as any of the above problems been solved? They are hypocrites, sycophants, having no genuine and concrete reasons to condemn the person whose financial records of corruption in service to Nigerians at one time, is parallel to known within the political ambiance of Nigeria. Which of course, is worthy of emulation and making positive reference to, when issues of good leadership is discussed . It is only logical for the price of fuel to fall if their is a fall in the price of crude oil in the international market which of course will lead to a fall on amount of money spent on subsidy, which without doubt will affects the high price of fuel Nigerians are made to pay for a liter by this government. It is only shameful for someone who is expected to know the pains experiencing everyday by poor Nigerians as a president who went to school without shoes. This can only happen in a government that has lost compass of logical development to benefit the masses. And a leader who has failed to look back immediately power was handed over to him. Corruption has destroyed everything we were once proud of in this country, and this gradually makes Nigerians to have little or no patriotism on issues relating to Nigeria, as a country. Corruption that we all know especially to be a misappropriation of funds was given a new concept to meaning it is not the act of stealing! This concept of corruption preached by this government encouraged political appointees of this government to misappropriate funds which can only be qualified as the act of looting, without fear and concern for the people to prevail. I think his supporters should answer this question: what is corruption? All our inherited problems were majorly a resultant effect of corruption. Those supporting this government are directly or indirectly or not benefiting at all from this government, but they are haters of the north propelled by ignorance. However, the majority intellectuals who are majorly from the North and South West, and some powerful intellectuals from South South and South East were able to see that politics is not a question of tribe or language but a question of integrity and wisdom to govern, which is why Buhari was seen as a man who has the wherewithals to take Nigeria to an enviable heights. We will continue to write and plead to them to change their thinking because their vote is also very important, because a united people can never be defeated. I am very sure that at the eleventh hour they too will be able to see the light we saw in Buhari to paddle the boat of the countrys leadership. I am not voting for APC, but I am voting for Buhari as a person whose impeccable financial discipline cannot be questioned. Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria! Long live Muhammadu Buhari GMB 2015.
