WIBCA is always looking for new members to help with event planning, graphic design, tutouring and more!! Here is the Chairperson Newsletter for October, 2013 Dear Members and Community Supporters , Good day! It is my great honor to serve as the new chairperson of WIBCA. As a chartered, non-profit community organization founded in 1982, our goal is to respond to the needs of the community. Our vision and mission, for 31 years, has led us to reach out to our members and community partners to enrich, encourage, and sustain the well-being of our youths, families, and seniors. Through your unrelenting membership support, donation and volunteerism, we have been able to make a difference in the lives of our members, families and the community at large. We are counting on your continued support as we reach a milestone in the organization development and progress. Membership and active members are essential part of WIBCA’s ability to exist and continue to serve the present and future generations. Our membership is open to all and with your support, donation, volunteerism; program participation and involvement will help strengthen WIBCA mission, programs and community outreach. Our objective for 2014 is to have our drop in center called the D.R.E.A.M center where we will be Delivering Real Empowerment and Motivation to the youth because we believe the youths are our future.
