WISDOM ON AMERICAN POLICE CRIMINAL CONDUCT WHILE ON THE PUBLIC PAYROLL: The American uniformed Mafia with badges...and...their very own criminal code of silence and all! All financed by the American People! Fortunately for us, when investigating federal law violations by cops, the FBI does have a tremendous success rate and psychological expertise in braking that Mafia-like silence. You can call the FBI the POLICE CODE OF SILENCE BUSTERS. It is all very simply done...they find the weakest link in the chain of the police crime they are investigating or in the actual silence to obstruct justice...offering that particular weakest link person or persons (cops) all sorts of traditional FBI deals which would be outright stupid for any cop to refuse...You are facing several federal charges, but we are not really interested in you...cooperate with us and we will arrange for the US Attorney assigned to prosecute this case to do all he/she legally can to keep you out of federal prison...or maybe to opt not to prosecute you because of the valuable assistance you which have given us in investigating this case. Just as many in the Mafia have done, weak-link cops will sing very loudly on everyone in that department, all the way to their police chiefs and even city hall officials. I, however, believe the Blue Code of Silence can be terminated or at least seriously reduced, by criminalizing that unauthorized police behavior, in and of itself...making it an independent criminal FELONY charge against any cop who resorts to it. WE, THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, DO NOT PAY COPS TO COMMIT CRIMES WHILE ON OUR PAYROLL!
