WOD 3 Rounds for time (14:00) 10 x Clean and Jerk (65) 15 x Pull ups (Orange band mostly) 20 x V-ups I really worked on my clean technique today and think I did pretty good. I work on it so much that I forgot during the workout to squat after catching for the first 6. I also did strain my back just a little when working on the technique, but it is just a little sore. No real damage. I helped the project engineer catch up on some orders that need to be place to keep the installers going for the next few weeks. End Transmission
