WORRY or CONCERN? Once again! And again! And again, I make the same trips around the same mountains in my life. It is so easy to tell others to just trust God! But to do it yourself is a totally different situation. A thin line is between concern and worry. I know we all should be more concern about the lost, our nation, our friends and families. However sometimes when I begin to have SINCERE concerns the enemy tries to turn my concern into worry by overwhelming me by making the task seem to great to overcome. I know that this is the devil wanting one of two things to happen, to overwhelm me to cause me to fall into depression then roll around in self pity or to cause me to to just say its to BIG and then cause me just push it out of my mind. Neither I know is correct. I need to just do what the old song says, take your burdens to the Lord and LEAVE it there . I know prayer is the key and prayer is the weapon that brings GREAT fear upon Satan! So this morning I want to bring fear and doubt to the devil and try to overwhelm the devil himself. Yes a battle rages within us each day and yes a child of God IS on the winning side. This post is just for me to expose this so the devil might back off from me for a little while and to request prayer from you to HELP me pray to be more concern yet to see an increase in my faith and to not fall into the TRAP of worry. I just simply want to be a servant with a willing heart to please the one that has saved me and blessed me so, my Savior, Jesus Christ. I just felt this morning to post this so thank you for bearing with me through this post. I dont want to appear whiney and ungrateful, by I DO thank the Lord for you who know the power of prayer!
