Fridays Classes: 6 AM - SPIN/CORE 45 minutes Work out your own Intensity - Beginners/Advanced Target Group - beginners to the experience – to improve fitness, cross train to boost your training threshold and/or you looking to vary your exercise routine A combination of 3 sets spin and 3 sets 5mins ab/back core training and walk/run ladder drills 9.30 AM - BALANCE Combination of Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi and a great range of core exercises. 5.30 PM - HIIT OUT 30 minutes $5 High Intensity Interval Training where intense exercise efforts are interspersed with rest periods.
