WOW, what a day for our church family yesterday. We had two great worship services. Then it was Tilton NH for Hallelujah Sunday.We were so blessed to be a big part of this District Event. Our praise band played, Pastor Clint was there on drums with us. I did not get the name of the flutist that also joined. We brought our Ebenezers from all the different churches. Many of them were read and taken home to be prayed over. Then we gave prayers for the future and what we hope to be celebrating next year. Communion was served at the start. Sacred Dance. If you have never been, really pray about going next year. After we came back for the Dan Schall concert given at our church. It was just uplifting. Dan has a wonderful ministry. His voice is a true gift. I understand he may change his concert schedule next year to be in the area for Christmas. As he has some wonderfull Christmas songs I pray we get to hear them live. Thank you Dan and Linda Our reading in Gods Word is: 1 John 4:13-19 New International Version (NIV) 13 This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit. 14 And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. 15 If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in them and they in God. 16 And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. 17 This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment: In this world we are like Jesus. 18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. 19 We love because he first loved us. Lord we give thanks for a wonderful joining of churches yesterday. We give thanks for the days of learning of sorrow, of joy that are all your gift to us.
