WPWP Summer Institute for Teachers Teachers engage in their own writing and professional development in an intensive teacher-centered teacher-led institute based on the highly successful National Writing Project (NWP) model. Dates: July 7 - August 1, 2014 Times: Mon. - Fri. 8:30-3:30 Location: University of Pittsburgh Fanny Edel Falk Laboratory School 4060 Allequippa St Pittsburgh, PA Tuition/Fees: The University tuition and fees for 6 grad. credits total $4,882 Benefits: - Six (6) U of Pitt Graduate credits applicable to ACT 48 requirements for teachers - Participants become Fellows of the WPWP network of teachers and members of the NWP - The School of education provides Fellowships for tuition and fees (many school districts also provide significant support).
