WTF Comcast... REALLY??????? UGH! Had a service appt. scheduled - TopicsExpress

WTF Comcast... REALLY??????? UGH! Had a service appt. scheduled for tonight between 5-7pm.(just changing out a broken box). I watch the comcast van pull into our driveway at approx. 5:45... the dude sits for a couple seconds. Turns his car around .. and starts to leave. I see him leaving so I flash my outside light to get his attention. He stops his car.. waits a few more seconds and then drives away! I call up Comcast at 5:47 and they ASSURE me that they are sending him a message RIGHT NOW.. and he will definitely be back before 7pm .. guess what folks.. its 7:20 and I just hung up with Comcast again (20 minutes on the phone so far.. thats 20 minutes of my life Ill never get back)... and they dont know why he hasnt shown up yet and offer to reschedule. Um..WHAT?? They also had the balls to ask me to upgrade my service!! Super annoyed..
