As is my norm: I argued for time served for this NON VIOLENT drug offender. Sentenced to 34 months. Great kid from a great family. While I am disappointed in the additional 20 or so months of incarceration, I am pleased with the overall result, particularly considering the sentences most of the similarly situated co defendants received!
