WXRISK POSITION STATEMENT ON ISELLE....and AGW. dont go there. Any connection between GW or AGW and Iselle Hitting the BIG island of Hawaii is 100% bullshit. I have said this many times on this Facebook page ... To both my Liberal friends and to my conservative friends... those who think AGW is serious and those who think that AGW is utter fraud. This event .... Or any SINGLE event for that matter... has nothing specifically to do with any aspect of the GW debate. And everybody makes this mistake and specious claim and it that drives me absolutely crazy. a super cold winter.... a super hot summer... A very active hurricane season... a very quiet Hurricane season... a cool July (2014) or a brutal July ( 2012).. None of those events by themselves have any significance with regard to the issue of proof one way or the other. I am sorry for taking a reasonable position about this. The are argument to be made on both sides BUT Iselle Hitting the Big island of Hawaii does not mean anything .
