Responsible for establishing and maintaining Hotel standards of operation. Knowledgeable on all Food and Beverage items on the Menus of respective outlets. Duties and Responsibilities- Ensures guest is greeted with a warm & friendly welcome Assist the guest upon arrival at the table, and adjust table seating where appropriate Remove napkin and place on guests lap Give appropriate menu for appropriate meal times, e.g. Lunch Menu or Dinner Menu Thank the quest accordingly and invite them back.
