When they present the model of the Iroquois Nation, they present the ONLY way Permaculture accepts to do Bioregional Organization... voluntarily, cooperatively and without any fear or coercion. This pattern of human organization is still used by Guanarni-Kaiowá, Yanomami, Xavantes, Xingu and all other remaining 400 ethnic groups in the Amazon Rainforest. This WAS they way tropical africa was organized BEFORE western colonization. At the very least here in the tropics, it is the only acceptable form of sustainable human settelment designs... what we have inherited from Agriculture is insane anywhere between 26 Capricorn or 26 Cancer... just insane...
