Customer Service Executive: Job Specifications: • 2 to 4 years experience in a reputed international/domestic BPO in customer service process or in reputed E commerce company. • Excellent verbal & written communication skills required. • Basic knowledge of excel. • Only collection process experience candidates need not apply. 2. Catalogue Executive: Job Specifications: • 1 to 3 years experience in a reputed e commerce company in catalogue creation. • Experience in apparel catalogue will be preferred. • Very good knowledge of excel is a must. • Excellent written skills required. 3. Operations Executive: Job Specifications: • 2 to 4 years experience in a reputed e commerce company in operations / logistics / fulfilment / refunds. • Finance/Accounting background candidates will be preferred. • Very good knowledge of excel is a must. 4. Content Executive: Job Specifications: • Bachelors Degree in English Literature/Journalism/Mass Comm preferred • 1-2 years of experience in content writing. Web User Interface Developer The Web User Interface (UI) Developer is responsible for the code that runs in the client. Projects are often developed to support a variety of devices, so the UI Developer should be able to design and implement solutions that run across the major desktop browsers as well as on popular tablets and smart-phones. The UI developer must be proficient in HTML 4/5, Javascript, CSS 1-3 and JQuery. The UI Developer must also work effectively in a project team and be well-organized, able to meet deadlines and thorough. Responsibilities • Translate graphic designs into HTML, Javascript and CSS that create outstanding user experiences • Architect the UI layer so it cleanly separates structure, logic and appearance and is easy to extend and maintain • Develop UI code that is responsive to a variety of device sizes • Iteratively develop the application through phases - wire-frames, prototype, beta, etc. Experience & Skills • Computer science or related degree or any 3 years degree • Minimum 3 years experience developing browser user interfaces • Proficient with HTML 4 and 5, JavaScript, CSS 1-3, JQuery, Photoshop CS5 • Experience creating responsive user interfaces for mobile devices • Good written and oral communication skills • Working knowledge of PHP web technologies and SQL • Proficient with Proficient with any HTML editor other than Adobe Dreamweaver Selection Process: 1.
