The result holds no happy surprises. A young woman in a white shirt and a pair of black shorts walks around one of Delhis busiest business centres, Connaught Place. What happens next is horrifying. Men of all ages and from seemingly different backgrounds give her the most lingering and lecherous of stares. Whats surprising is that even those men who are accompanied by women, dont shy away from looking. Some are blatantly shameless - they turn and stop to stare at her legs.
