Walked into my bathroom and had bathtub pipes spraying water at me. I guess its time to get this ancient bathroom renovated. Seriously, it hasnt been touched since it was installed in the 20s maybe 30s. We have the same claw foot tub, fixtures and pedestal sink that is original to the house. I have some structural damage as well. From my understanding when the house was built 97 yrs ago, there was no bathroom so when it was time to install an inside the house bathroom they put it where the back porch was located so the floor is literally the old back porch flooring. Crazy huh? Not looking forward to this adventure! Not looking forward to it at all! Oy, if its not one thing, its something else!
