Walking in on someone doing a shite. No matter how many years - TopicsExpress

Walking in on someone doing a shite. No matter how many years roll by, no matter what happens to you, no matter what winding road life decides to take you down, you will never forget it. The trauma is always hiding in the back of your mind, ready to pop out and remind you of that fateful day. You could be sitting in the boardroom of your own company building, discussing profits with your underlings, maybe sipping champagne and laughing, then suddenly, like the crack of a whip, the scene will replay in your mind. Your in your friends house, making your way down the hall, bursting for a piss, then you push the bathroom door open, only to be be confronted by your mates dad, features contorted with effort, squeezing his breakfast out of his marmite motorway. It can happen to anyone, and it has happened to many of us. Me? I was on a train. I pressed the open button on the toilet door, waited as it slid to the side, and there was a man in his sixties, sitting on the pan and staring at me in horror. I ran back to my seat at about 50mph, sat down and thought, who shites in a train toilet?. That was about 4 years ago. It still haunts me.
