Walking is the best form of activity to induce meditative thinking and problem solving. So I thought I would walk to my meetings in downtown east side to Vancouver Native Health, then to the Friendship centre and the to the AbAboriginal Mcs Then from there I thought I would keep walking towards home until I had my problems solved. I walked all way to City Hall. Then I realized sometimes you just need to let go and it things have a way working themselves out.
