Walking meditation can be very enjoyable. We walk slowly , alone or in company , preferably in a nice place. Walking meditation means to enjoy the walk , do not walk to get there, but simply for walking. The purpose is rooted in the present and aware to breathe and walk , enjoy every step. Therefore, we must shake off worries and concerns , not thinking about the future , do not think about the past , but just enjoy the present moment . We can do this by holding the hand of a child , walk one step after another, as if we were the happiest people in the world. We walk all the time, but usually we do running , and in this way we leave footprints on Earth, anxiety and pain. When we walk , we should do it in such a way as to leave only footprints of peace and serenity. All we can do that , provided you really want . Every child can do it.
