Wanna make me mad? Pretty hard to do but I can tell u what set me off...having to spend over an hour ...3 times this week...on the phone with cox cable for their own mistakes!! Sending me a dang box when I returned mine over a month ago...Charging me for a sports package I cancelled over a month ago... Trying to get me to pay 180 bucks for standard cable and internet???!! When I decided to cancel...they want to cut it down to 109 and include sports package... all of a sudden??! I accept after hours on the phone and today I get no sound on tv...and no sports package. Lol. Call cox a third time this week to fix it...they fix the sound problem...and added the channels I was missing and paying for...but hmm..cant confirm that 109 rate I was just confirmed because the billing department is closed. Lol I guess I can spend another 2 hours during a work day to hold on the line? Fix your ish COX!!!! All this fuss and I dont even watch but 30 min tv a week?!! Gotta have my internet though. AT&T any better??
