Wantaway Manchester United forward Wayne Rooney is set for another round of talks with new United manager David Moyes this week for the first time since July 11th in hopes of addressing the player’s future at the club, according to The Daily Mail. It is no secret that Rooney wants to leave Old Trafford this summer, hoping instead for a move down to west London where new Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has made him his top-priority transfer target. It is also well known that Moyes is intent on keeping the player, refusing to part ways with the England international under any circumstance. The two will come face to face with the intention of resolving the issues between the club and player, after ending the pair’s previous meetings with Rooney feeling “angry and confused,” according to a famous report from Sky Sports.
