Wanted to congratulate Krista Hubbard on losing 74lbs! This is so true only you have the power to change yourself! "About 5 1/2 years ago, i gained weight through pregnancy and by eating junk after that. I had very low self esteem issues and absolutely no confidence what so ever. My head was always facing down along with my eyes staring at the ground as i walk. For the past couple of days, I have came to a conclusion and asking myself Why? I have no reason to be like i was in the past. So today, something clicked in me.I am tired of making everyone around me happy. Its time to make this girl happy. No more being nice. I have lost 74 lbs so far for myself and myself alone. I am going to keep going because i want to stay healthy for my daughter cause she needs her momma. As of today, I am walking with my head held high and my eyes straight forward cause i deserve it."
