Warfare takes many forms. All of it is intended to disrupt the rights, sovereignty and lives of others, as wealth and resources are stolen. This is warfare and it is always an aggressive and hostile act. There is always blowback, though generally, the financiers play both sides against each other. Here is a peek at the latest round, which has appreciable potential to have unintended consequences, such as shutting down electrical grids which support nuclear plant cooling system backups.
