Warner Bros Television Distribution Inc. seeks a Manager, Contract Administration for the DTVD Contract Administration department. Manage all SVOD deals and track rights for Series and Features for Streaming, Temporary Downloading, Permanent Downloading rights and Music. Interpret Deal Summaries, License Agreements and Amendments issued by Business Affairs. Review all Business Affairs Retained Rights (“BARR”) Reports prepared by the Sr. Contract Administrator & Contract Administrator. This position will work closely with Sales, Sales Planning & Business Affairs to determine what Features / Series are available for exploitation via SVOD. Run various queries (i.e., SVOD, AVOD, TVOD, EST & Streaming) and provide various reports to upper management. Oversee all functions of the department and disseminate critical information to various departments as well as delegation of work / projects to the administrators in the absence of the Director.
