Warning Alert!!! There appears to be an out break in the Real Estate industry of Dramatosis. The symptoms are highly irrational emotional outbursts. Complete loss of the ability to formulate a question. Impulsively calling other agents between the hours of 9:00 pm and 11:pm in a agitated state. These symptoms can appear when calling just to schedule a showing. If you encounter any real estate agents with these symptoms remain in a calm state and ask lucid and intelligent questions. That seems to confuse them momentarily so you can disengage. Signs to look for if you have contracted this deadly disease: Talking over the top of the person while they are talking over you. Emotions rising to a fever pitch until hanging up abruptly or being hung up on. The only known cure at this point is an intensive focused study group or personal sessions with other like minded people to learn how to ask questions again.
