Warning: If you like this status, Im supposed to give you a number, and you are supposed to tell that number of things about yourself that your friends may not know. I was given the number 7. 1. I was born in Yuma, Arizona, then never lived in the same state longer than 3 years until we moved to California in my teens. 2. I knew within a week of my first date with Steve Clark that a we can make plans, but God directs our steps. I had never dreamed of being married, but I decided he was the love of my life, and I wanted to grow old with him. There have been some tough times, but I have never changed my mind. 3. I like snakes, and have since my brother Kenneth Brooks had a blue racer whe I was 8. (The only downside of the move to Hawaii is that we couldnt bring the snake!) 4. I love Japanese decor... a side effect of visiting Okinawa when my dad was stationed there, and of the strong Asian influence in Hawaii, which I consider my home state, even though I lived there less than 3 years. 5. Ive always wanted a metallic blue 1960s Mustang, but with grandkids, I am praying for a van. 6. I love living 30 minutes away from town... I get to enjoy the beauty of the seasons God created. 7. Contemporary Christian music is my favorite genre, although I like many kinds of music.
