Warning: Mature Themes Sample piece from my work in progress called Nothing, not because I couldnt think of a name > It is the name :D Sample is from Chapter 2 **Soft light peered through my window past the torn sheet used for a curtain & awoke me slowly stinging my bloodshot eyes. The mattress on the floor stayed cold despite me being asleep on it for over 12 hours under an itchy woollen blanket & my sweat mixed with the slightly bloody drool making the stained pillow somewhat damp. Just awaking was a reminder where I was & what would be intended without change. Ive heard phony people say cool phrases like I wake up determined but in honesty, Im more the type to sleep determined as due to the smell of the rest of the house... sleep could be hard. Not to mention the regulars stopping by during the night to see my mother, their loud random nature was something one could get used to though. Im not great at writing or speaking to anyone in generally but for this Ill try my best & you may have to bare with me on that, so I guess this is where I introduce myself to the reader like they will get to know me. Although I couldnt tell you why I am writing this nor be able to know much about myself as at this stage of the story, Im just product of my surroundings & slightly advanced for my age to realise it. My name is.... ** Cut scene, inbox any help if you can, would be much appreciated although Id not beg you to do so :D
