Warning this post may offend many, but we ALL need to step out of our ignorance. This is part of my ancestral heritage. No one speaks of it, maybe because we let go and moved ahead, learning from this and desiring to do better, who really knows. But I myself hold no bitter root towards those who did such things to my people. I am not walking around acting like someone owes me something for my peoples injustices, or am I holding accountable every person from the UK for what was done out of sinful ignorance. Gods word tells us Love holds no record of wrong 1 Cor. 13:5... Here in America, especially in Southern United States need to move forward in Gods love and reconciliation. Ignorance is not bliss. Here in the south love, blessings and healing are preached from the pulpit, but yet we have black churches and white churches. We are the human race and all our ancestors have been treated unfairly and unjustly at some point in history. The Jewish people have suffered the greatest, but you dont see them holding on to a bitter root. They follow the way of love and peace with all men. Its time to move forward in allowing God to heal our land and bring reconciliation to the people of the south. Ignorance breads ignorance. Lets learn to really love one another and quit seeing one another as enemies.
