Warriorpaul : When will the so-called visionaries that run our game finally realise that Rugby League is not popular in London? They are diehard yawnion and football fans down there with too many teams as it is to compete for the spectators interest and money. London Broncos (aka various other names) had more than enough time, financial backing and advantages yet still never got decent crowds, or indeed a decent team. RL is a Northern sport and there are still areas up here that SL should be expanding into, for example Cumbria or even North Wales. Why not play a SL game in these areas..at least the fans of Wigan and Saints could get there in less than 2 hours.
