Was almost hit by a truck on my way home tonight with my babies in the car. As I was following the truck, it continued to swerve all over the road, drive 28 in a 45, and almost hit another car. I called the cops and gave them the info. They asked me to follow him until an officer got him which I did. They asked me then to wait and give a statement.. Then they came and told me he had a little to drink tonight but passed the field sobriety so they were letting him go. Seriously?
