Was at the meat section and picked a pack of chicken... curious guy (local) walks up to me and says you New to Brazil... hesitating i said yes... then he said You pick wrong chicken.... i was wondering what did i do to offend him... next he says Fraito Frango very tough, take more than 1 hour to cook. Fraito run all over farm. fraito very tasty also.... i was likeok... so what do i pick?, he picks a different pack n says here, this is galina frango, take 20 mins to cook, nice and soft, melt in mouth.... next thing he does is show me his phone with 2 pics and so i learnt Fraito Frango = Nati Koli or Gaunchi kombi and Galina Frango = white chicken / broiler chicken
