Was at the slate today and had a bit of trouble with bolts.(See video) at least 4/8 of the bolts are easily moveable. The one in the video is the worst but the ones that move have at least 90 degrees of movement Glue ins placed by Noj Nostir a while back (~2008?) seem to be beyond their useable life. Dont know why, perhaps because they spend a lot of time underwater, but saying that there was movement in some which arent always under the water. It could be something to do with the glue used, but I cant comment on that Anyways, Id recon we should stop using those glue ins (Sarengetti 1) so nobody dies. Sarengetti 4 and the wallaby are still in action, and consider carefully 2 and 3 as they use expansion bolts which apparently dont do so good in slate. If anybody has an angle grinder and a drill we should chop them and drill some new ones, and probably consider talking to the climbing bunch regarding what glue etc they use
