Was doing some research today! Now according to Westminster figures the Scottish block grant (our budget for the year) is £30 billion. So, Scotland runs on £30 billion annually! From the same source it stated that scotlands GDP per head of population, including oil tax revenue, is £24700. So does this equate to £24700×5.3 million people = the amount of money we generate and send to Westminster? ! If my sum is correct then Scotland makes £131 billion yet we only receive £30 billion back.... if this even remotely close to what happens then why would anyone possibly consider not voting yes!
