Was just talking to a Guy who owns a Solar Company. He has been doing many jobs in my neighborhood lately. When I told him I had thought about equipment Leasing and using new technology in the form of Solar Tiles for roofing the entire or part of your roof so there is no add on equipment on TOP of the roof, it IS THE ROOF! He told me because my 20 year roof is 30 + years old, that HE would wait until I had to replace the roof and bundle the roof AND solar together and that you can do so and get a 35% discount for Fed and State tax purposes, making it WAY less expensive to do BOTH! Did not know this but, I wholly expect the tile technology to advance rapidly!
