Was out in town a few weeks ago with a friend, needed a taxi home. The driver turnt up half an hour later than the agreed time which left us outside in the cold gone 3am. When the taxi eventually arrived there was no apology. He was rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. His attitude was disgusting and kept making rude comments to me and my Friend. We were supposed to be dropping my friend first then me off last but i got out with her as i felt uneasy being alone witg him!! Called up next day to complain, my details were taken but nobody got back to me!! Will not be using this company again and i am disgusted by how we were treated.
