Waste Food bill will affect INR value. Now INR reached 68 I am telling it will cross 70. Food bill will increase the your fiscal deficit Fiscal deficit will you value of INR and Growth. If Fiscal deficit is huge like we have now, no will come to india for the investment. Our people saving attitude only save india other wise india would have become a bankrupt. For example if government says that they are going to keep this food bill in the cold storage, then immediately the market will respond positively. Now fuel price will increase the cost of living will go up. People will suffer like any thing still we will vote for Congress because secularism. I am asking one question to every one who supports congress. When NDA left at 2004 Current account is surplus around $22 billion. Now current account is deficit around $33 billion. It has happen because of UPA mismangement. Do not say this is because of import of Gold and Oil. For your information We are re exporting 80% of gold as ornament. and we re exporting processed petroleum product. India is one of the major exporter of petroleum product in the world.
